Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Pickle Samurai LLC ("Pickle Samurai", "we", "us") collects through picklesamurai.com, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you book a consultation
"Book a consultation" opens our scheduling page, which is provided by Google Calendar appointment scheduling. You enter your first and last name, email address, what you need help with, and, if you choose, a phone number. Google then creates a calendar event with a Google Meet link and emails you a confirmation. We receive the details you entered on our Google Calendar so we can prepare for and hold the call. Google's own privacy policy applies to how Google handles this information, and if you are signed in to a Google account, Google may associate the booking with it.
When you email us
The email links open your own email app. Nothing is sent until you send the email. If you do, we receive what you choose to include.
We use the information above only to schedule and hold consultations, reply to you, and provide the services you ask about. The phone number is optional, and we will use it only for the booking unless you separately agree to something else.
Information created when you visit
This site does not require an account and does not run advertising trackers or use advertising cookies. It uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, and device and browser type. To do this, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) in your browser. We turned off Google signals and ad personalization, and we do not connect this data to your name or contact details. You can block it in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on. Like every website, the servers that deliver the page's files and the providers listed below can see technical details your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request.
Do Not Track. We do not track you across other websites or use your data for advertising, so we do not change how the site works in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
Third parties that receive your browser's request
To load the page, your browser fetches files from these providers. They receive your IP address and standard request details under their own privacy policies.

Fonts are self-hosted files (we do not use Google Fonts) and are delivered through the same content delivery network. If you click a link to YouTube, TikTok, X or Discord, you leave our site and that platform's own policies apply.
How we use information
- To answer your messages and schedule consultations.
- To provide, and follow up on, services you request.
- To keep records our business needs, and to protect the site and our customers from misuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising profiles.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (for example, our email provider), when needed to deliver something you requested, or when the law requires it. We do not share your messages publicly.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep messages for as long as needed to respond, deliver services, and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your choices").
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email support@picklesamurai.com. Depending on where you live (for example, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California), you may have additional legal rights, and we will honor those that apply to us.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, and we limit what we collect so there is less to protect. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as passwords or wallet secrets.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how the site works or what we collect, we will update this page and the date above.
