Google Business Profile
We review the primary and secondary categories, business name, address or service area, hours, phone, website link, services, descriptions, and attributes where relevant. We recommend corrections that match how the business really operates.
Customer confidence
We plan useful photos and updates, check whether the profile answers common questions, and provide review-reply guidance. We never promise reviews or suggest incentives for positive feedback.
Website connection
We check whether your linked page clearly explains the service, service area, contact options, and next action on mobile. When useful, we suggest links to a service or location page instead of sending every visitor to a generic homepage.
Measurement
We define the actions worth tracking, such as calls, booking requests, direction requests, and website inquiries. Tracking helps you judge whether better visibility is turning into leads and sales.
Who is eligible?
Google Business Profiles are for businesses that make in-person contact with customers during stated hours, whether customers visit a staffed location or the business travels to them. A storefront should show its real customer-facing address. A service-area business should describe its real service area and hide its address when customers do not visit it. Online-only businesses are not eligible for a profile.
We serve clients across the United States, but your profile must represent your own real location and service area. We do not create fake offices, virtual locations, or extra profiles to appear in cities where your business does not operate.

Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee a top position in Google Maps?
No. Google says local results depend mainly on relevance, distance, and prominence. We improve clarity and completeness, but neither we nor any local SEO company can guarantee a specific position or number of leads.
Do I need to give you my Google password?
No. The free audit uses public information. If you hire us to work on your profile, we use the access and approval methods Google provides. Your account stays under your control.
Can you help if I serve more than one city?
Yes, when those cities are part of your real service area. We make sure your profile and website describe where you actually work. We do not add locations that exist only for search visibility.
Will a profile tune-up fix my website?
The tune-up focuses on Google Business Profile. We can separately recommend or scope landing-page and website improvements when the site itself is limiting inquiries.
