Accessibility Statement
Pickle Samurai wants everyone to be able to use this site. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
Where we are
We have not yet had this site formally audited by an independent accessibility specialist, so we do not claim full conformance. We test as we build and fix problems we find.
What we do
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus outline.
- Text and interface colors chosen for strong contrast on the dark background.
- Readable text sizes, with layouts that adapt from phones to large screens.
- A page structure with proper headings, landmarks, and descriptive link labels.
- Motion is reduced or turned off when your device is set to "reduce motion".
- The animated 3D mascot is decorative. All information on the page is available as text.
Known limitations
- The 3D mascot cannot be operated by keyboard or screen reader, and it does not carry any information.
- The custom cursor and click effects appear only with a mouse. Touch and keyboard users see the normal pointer and no effects.
- The page scrollbar is hidden for a cleaner look. A thin progress line at the top shows how far you have scrolled, and mouse wheel, touch, and keyboard scrolling all work.
